A driver-guide will pick you from your hotel or location at around 8 a.m. to embark on your safari adventure to Kidepo Valley National Park. You will drive heading towards the North and make your first stop in Luweero Triangle for a purchase of fresh fruits and refreshment. The place is also a historical monument, you will know first hand that the brutal massacre – the 1980's Uganda Civil War that ushered the ruling government into power occurred in that place. You will have lunch and head for Gulu.

After having breakfast in the morning, you will continue your journey to the craved Kidepo Valley National Park. Upon arriving at the park, you will have your lunch and afterwards set out for a game drive through Karamoja's prized wilderness. While driving through the Narus Valley, you will be able to spot herds of elephants, buffalos, giraffes, cheetahs, leopards, bush-babies, zebras and many more.

After a delicious breakfast, you will drive through forests, hills, open Savannahs, rocky outcrops and small mountain-like mounds. The slow drive will allow you time to spot the sought after wildlife; lions, zebras, cheetahs, oribis, giraffes, leopards, and to take-in beautiful scenery. You will also drive to Kanangoroko hot springs which is the most permanent source of water in the park, before embarking on another safari adventure excursion – a cultural and native tour to meet the IK people who live in the Monrungole Mountains.

You will have breakfast at 8:00am and then set out on a drive back to Kampala. Because of the park's remote location, you will depart from it a bit early in order to arrive in Kampala before dusk.
